Following our closure announcement we have received an offer for the Wheatsheaf as a going concern. We are currently undergoing the sale process and as part of the negotiations we have been requested to remain open whilst we conclude the process.
THIS IS FANTASTIC NEWS. The potential new owners are determined to see the Wheatsheaf remain a country inn serving great ales and wines and fantastic food. The Wheatsheaf's iconic traditional bar being a major factor for their interest.
We will of course keep all our customers updated via social media announcements as and when appropriate.
